What is the Waterproof Biothane Fi Collar Made of?
- Fitted with a highly polished nickel-plated or brass-plated zinc diecast side release buckle
- PVC coated nylon webbing (Biothane) is flexible and strong.
- Solid cast brass and cast chrome plated d-rings
- Available in 22 colors vibrant colors of Biothane.
- Biothane used is now a Mid Weight biothane, as it works best with Series 3 end links. Learn more here. (Originally used heavy weight).
- Easily adjusts to correct size by repositioning the 2-part post/screw set. Some assembly required to adjust to correct size.

Everything about the color was exactly as I ordered. And the instructions to fit it and put it on my dogs neck were very helpful. Overall great quality adaptive collar for the Fi collar system!
Great way to have an easy clean collar compatible with the fi series
Finding collars big enough for my Great Danes that are cute, durable, hold their gps and don’t have jingling tags is a tall order that mimi green fills every time.
I love that it looks like leather but isn’t. My only concern is hoping the engraving holds up to our dog’s highly active lifestyle.
The engraving is very high quality and what’s really nice is that the D ring lays flat against the collar unless you have a leash on which is great for my long haired Aussie!
